What is pipeline / deal and setup pipeline for partners

Pipeline is where your partner closes the deal and brings you a customer.

To enable pipeline for your customers,

  1. Go to groups
  2. Click on group
  3. Select deal submission
  4. Enable the form

By enabling the form, partner can register a deal.

You can see the list of deal register by partners in the pipeline tab.

Here partner register a deal and works on it.

You can set the stages for your pipeline according to your product.

To set the stages,

  1. Go to setting
  2. Click on deal tab
  3. Enter the stage name
  4. You can have maximum 7 stages and the last is closed won or lost.

once partner register a deal, you can check the details as mark as qualified or unqualified. 

If you mark the deal as qualified then partner can change the stages as he progresses.

Once partner change the stage as closed won

You can mark the pipeline as verified or not.

If you mark the pipeline as verified the partner gets rewarded as set in the trigger.

In the pipeline process you can check the progress of the partner.

Like on which stage is currently partner working.

You can add sales media, check the timeline as when he reaches certain stage and engage with partner by creating groups or one to one communication.
